Refund Policy

The internet site, www.corporaterooms.in (Hereinafter, the 'Website'), and its corresponding mobile application (Hereinafter, the 'Application') are digital properties of Corporate Rooms Hospitality Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office in Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hereinafter, the 'Corporate Rooms™').

The Website and the corresponding mobile application are intended for use by individual employees of corporate entities or employees/representatives on behalf of respective corporate entities (Hereinafter, the 'User'), for business related travel services bookings. Such services shall be provided by independent parties in respective service fields called (Hereinafter, the 'Service Providers').

The Website enables corporate entities to book accommodation, transport, and other general and business travel facilities for corporate employees' business related travel services bookings. However, as a precondition to availing the services from the Website, the User has to agree that the Website, Application or Corporate Rooms™ are neither owners nor operators of the services offered on the Website/Application, but merely facilitate the coming in contact of the providers of such services and those who want to avail them.

This 'Terms and Conditions' document along with the Privacy, Cancellation, and Refund policies, which have been referenced in this document form an agreement between the Corporate Rooms™ and the User.

International Flight Bookings

1. Refund Policy

  1. It is mandatory to contact Corporate Rooms™ through Website/Application or over the phone 092267 92267 or email support@corporaterooms.in for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund the User's tickets booked at the Website/Application.
  2. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Corporate Rooms™ by Email support@corporaterooms.in or Phone 092267 92267 in order to initiate the refunds process.
  3. Processing time for cancellation and refund request may vary as per airline policies.
  4. Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you applies to you.

Note:

Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines may delay/deny refund of tickets, hence Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same has been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event any airline discontinues its operations, Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will not be accountable for any customer refunds. 

Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application does not allow Ex-India booking on its platform and reserves the right to cancellation without prior notice in case of any such booking made on its platform in any way. In the event of cancellation by Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application, Corporate Rooms will refund the booking amount to the customer after deducting the airline charges and Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application fees as applicable.

Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the respected company after deducting the airline charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ in bill towards the same. Please note in case of booking being made on Bill to Company Basis, a proper authorisation by Admin / HR/ Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.

In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, a non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- for one way flights and Rs.800/- for roundtrip flights will be applicable on per passenger basis.

Domestic Flight Bookings

2. Refund Policy

  1. It is mandatory to contact Corporate Rooms™ through the Website/Application or over the phone for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund the User's ticket booked through the Website/Application.
  2. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Corporate Rooms™ by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
  3. Processing time for cancellation and refund request may vary as per airline policies.
  4. Corporate Rooms™ Convenience charge of INR 250/- for one-way flight and INR 400/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation request.
  5. The refund will be credited back to the same account as payment is made. For example, if the Customer has used a credit card, Corporate Rooms™ will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the Customer has used a debit card, Corporate Rooms™ will credit the money back to the related account.
  6. In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Corporate Rooms™ with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Corporate Rooms™ within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  8. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  9. Corporate Rooms™ will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.
  10. Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the respected company after deducting the airline charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ in bill towards the same, if the booking has been made on  Bill to Company Basis a proper authorisation by Admin/HR/Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.

Hotel / Service Apartment Room Bookings

3. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds shall be done by the Accommodation/Service Provider directly to the customer, hence Corporate Rooms™ will not be responsible for any refunds whatsoever.
  2. If such refunds are routed through Corporate Rooms™, Corporate Rooms™ shall transfer the amount of refund provided by the Accommodation/Service Provider, within 5-7 working days of receiving such amount. Corporate Rooms™ shall have no other role other than being a conduit for transferring such amount to the Customer in such cases. Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% or INR 500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel / service apartments cancellation policy.
  3. Customer's bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to the Customer's credit card or bank account.
  4. Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the company after deducting the Hotel / Service Apartment charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ at the time of billing, if the booking has been made on  Bill to Company Basis a proper authorisation by Admin/HR/Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.

Conference Room Bookings

4. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds shall be done by the Conference Room Service Provider directly to the User and Corporate Rooms™ is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.
  2. If such refunds are routed through Corporate Rooms™, Corporate Rooms™ shall transfer the amount of refund provided by the Conference Room Service Provider, within 5-7 working days of receiving such amount. Corporate Rooms™ shall have no other role other than being a conduit for transferring such amount to the User in such cases. Also, Corporate Rooms™ shall retain Rs. 1000/- as processing charges towards for such transfers.
  3. User's bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to the User's credit card or bank account.
  4. Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the respected company after deducting the Conference Hall charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ in bill towards the same. Please note in case of booking being made on Bill to Company Basis, a proper authorisation by Admin / HR/ Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.
  5. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% or Rs.1000/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the conference room cancellation policy.

Bus Bookings

5. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds shall be done by the Bus Service Provider directly to the User and Corporate Rooms™ is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.
  2. If such refunds are routed through Corporate Rooms™, Corporate Rooms™ shall transfer the amount of refund provided by the Bus Service Provider, within 5-7 working days of receiving such amount. Corporate Rooms™ shall have no other role other than being a conduit for transferring such amount to the User in such cases. Also, Corporate Rooms™ shall retain Rs. 100/-. as processing charges towards for such transfers.
  3. User's bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to the User's credit card or bank account.
  4. Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the respected company after deducting the Bus service provider charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ in bill towards the same. Please note in case of booking being made on Bill to Company Basis, a proper authorisation by Admin / HR/ Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.
  5. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% of the ticket value or Rs.500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the Bus cancellation policy.

Car/Taxi Cab Rentals

6. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds shall be done by the Car/ Taxi Cab Rentals Service Provider directly to the User and Corporate Rooms™ is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.
  2. If such refunds are routed through Corporate Rooms™, Corporate Rooms™ shall transfer the amount of refund provided by the Car/ Taxi Cab Rentals Service Provider, within 5-7 working days of receiving such amount. Corporate Rooms™ shall have no other role other than being a conduit for transferring such amount to the User in such cases. Also, Corporate Rooms™ shall retain Rs. 100/-. as processing charges towards for such transfers.
  3. User's bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to the User's credit card or bank account.
  4. Corporate Rooms™ Website / Application will refund or adjust the booking amount to the respected company after deducting the Car/Taxi cab rentals service provider charges and applicable fees of Corporate Rooms™ in bill towards the same. Please note in case of booking being made on Bill to Company Basis, a proper authorisation by Admin / HR/ Accounts or Authorised Signatory of the said company is mandatory.
  5. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% of the Car/Taxi fare or Rs.500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the Car/Taxi cancellation policy.
