Creating an account
We welcome you to Corporate Rooms! Creating an account is free, You can sign up for an account from the home page.

1. Go to corporaterooms.in and click "Sign Up".
2. Sign up with your email address.
3. Account created!

How can I reset my password?

1. Go to corporaterooms.in.
2. Click "Log in" and click on "Forgot Password?".
3. Type the email address listed under your Corporate Rooms account in the form field, and press "SUBMIT"
4. Within seconds, you will receive an email in your account's associated inbox, with instructions to reset your account. Follow the prompts in this email to reset your password.

Payment

Card payment declined
Please check with your bank if you have sufficient balance in your card and if your card is currently in validity.
OR try with different card again.

 

What payment options does Corporate Rooms have?
You can make your booking using any of the following payment options -

Credit Card/ Debit Card

  • International Net Banking
  • American Express Card
  • Maestro Card EMI (CITI Bank)
Net Banking
We accept all major banks net Banking

 

Is my payment secure on Corporate Rooms?
All data transmitted over the browser is encrypted.

 

While I was paying by net banking, my 'session expired'. Say what?
Your session expired due to security reasons. This happens, simply, when you take too long to make the direct debit payment and don't manage it in the specified amount of time.

Go back to the booking page and start over.

Flights

How do I know if my tickets are reserved?
As soon as your ticket is reserved, you will get an email with your flight details from us. 

To avoid our mails landing into your junk / spam folder, make sure you add our email id in your safe list.

How do I get my flight e–ticket details?
We'll send your e–ticket details to the email address you gave us when you made your reservation.

 

How can I cancel a flight booking?
It's easy to cancel or change your booking online. You can even check your refund amount before you decide to go ahead with the cancellation. The User can cancel either his/her entire booking or partial booking.

1. Go to Corporate Rooms > Flight booking
2. View your flight booking details.
3. Select the check box against any passenger you would like to cancel
4. Review cancellation charges and refund amount.
5. Click "Cancel ".
6. Done. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent by email.
7. If you have opted for refund to bank account, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and bank, this may take between 3 to 10 working days to show up on your account statement.

Hotels

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number; we'll also send you a confirmation email with all details.

 

How can I cancel a hotel booking?
It's easy to cancel or change your booking online.

1. Go to Corporate Rooms > Hotel booking.
2. Review cancellation charges and refund amount.
3. Click on "Cancel " TAB
4. Once booking is successfully cancelled online you will be intimated via auto generated email.

Cancellation charges will apply to amount displayed "Before discount"
Note:

  • Before proceeding cancellation you’re requested to check Hotel cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable rooms and other special deals may have a different cancellation policy.
  • You can view Hotel cancellation policy on the confirmation email
  • The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time.
  • The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest.
  • The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.
  • Booking done under offers are not refundable.

 

Do I need to confirm my reservation with hotel?
You'll receive an email with the details of your reservation. There's no need to contact the hotel to confirm.

The hotel details - Contact Number, Email Id, Address and other important details will be mentioned on the confirmation email.

Service Apartment

What is the difference between a hotel and a service apartment?
Service apartments offers spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated apartments, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended stay hotel rooms), featuring a genuine (more home-like) residential nature.

 

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Can I change my date of travelling?
No, Corporate Rooms doesn't entertain any rescheduling.

 

Does booking online cost me more?
Not at all! The price of the bus ticket is the same as you would get from the bus operator.

 

Cars

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once a booking is made, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details.

 

What are the different modes of payment you support?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
