Cancellation Policy

The internet site, www.corporaterooms.in (Hereinafter, the 'Website'), and its corresponding mobile application (Hereinafter, the 'Application') are digital properties of Corporate Rooms Hospitality Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office in Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hereinafter, the 'Corporate Rooms™').

The Website and the corresponding mobile application are intended for use by individual employees of corporate entities or employees/representatives on behalf of respective corporate entities (Hereinafter, the 'User'), for business related travel services bookings. Such services shall be provided by independent parties in respective service fields called (Hereinafter, the 'Service Providers').

The Website enables corporate entities to book accommodation, transport, and other general and business travel facilities for corporate employees' business related travel services bookings. However, as a precondition to availing the services from the Website, the User has to agree that the Website, Application or Corporate Rooms™ are neither owners nor operators of the services offered on the Website/Application, but merely facilitate the coming in contact of the providers of such services and those who want to avail them.

This 'Terms and Conditions' document along with the Privacy, Cancellation, and Refund policies, which have been referenced in this document form an agreement between the Corporate Rooms™ and the User.

Cancellation Policy

Domestic Flight Bookings

1. Cancellation

  1. Every booking made on the Website/Application of Corporate Rooms™ is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary from flight and booking class.
  2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy. There will be no refund in such cases.
  3. In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, Corporate Rooms™ charges a non-refundable charge of Rs.250/- for one way flights and Rs.400/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  4. Only cancellation requests made online, through customer care number 092267 92267 or email at support@corporaterooms.in (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) shall be entertained. Corporate Rooms™ shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  5. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  6. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  7. If you have done a 'Web/Telephonic Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Corporate Rooms™ will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  8. To cancel the tickets over the phone call of Corporate Rooms™ 24x7 customer care number 09226792267 or email us at support@corporaterooms.in.
  9. If the customer does not show up at the airport after booking, the User shall still be charged the entire amount and the Airline or Corporate Rooms™ will debit the amount from the User's card directly, or raise a bill towards the same if the booking has been made on  Bill to Company Basis.

International Flight Bookings

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Every booking made on the Website/Application of Corporate Rooms™ is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary from flight and booking class.
  2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.
  3. In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, Corporate Rooms™ charges a non-refundable charge of Rs.500/- for one way flights and Rs.800/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis..
  4. Only cancellation requests made online, through customer care number 092267 92267 or email at support@corporaterooms.in  48 Hours in advance shall be entertained. Corporate Rooms™ shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  5. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  6. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone 092267 92267. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  7. If you have done a 'Web/Telephonic Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Corporate Rooms™ will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

  9. To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care number 09226792267 between 10 AM to 7 PM, 5 days a week.
  10. Air Arabia bookings cannot be cancelled with us. For cancellation, please contact airline directly and it is subject to airline's terms and condition.
  11. If the customer does not show up at the airport, the User shall still be charged the entire amount and the Airline or Corporate Rooms™ will debit the amount from the User's card directly, or raise a bill towards the same if the booking has been made on Bill to Company Basis

Hotel / Service Apartment Room Bookings

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. The terms and conditions of cancellation or no-shows will be those of the respective Accommodation Service Provider, and shall be deemed to have been agreed to by the User in addition to all the respective Terms and Conditions agreed to by the User with Corporate Rooms™. General cancellation and no-show policy of each accommodation provider is made available on the website on the Hotel/ Service Apartment accommodation booking information pages. Additionally Corporate Rooms™. Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% or Rs.500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel / service apartments cancellation policy.
  2. Certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change, and the User should peruse the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making the reservation.
  3. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for the User's own risk and account and the User shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Accommodation Service Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
  4. To review, adjust or cancel the reservation, the User should Call 72 hrs prior to check in date at 092267 92267 and Send a mail at support@corporaterooms.in to Cancel booking. General cancellation and no-show policy of each accommodation provider is made available on the website on the Hotel/ Service Apartment accommodation booking information pages.
  5. If the customer does not show up at the hotel / service apartment, the User shall still be charged the entire amount and the Accommodation Service Provider will debit the amount from the User's card directly, or raise a bill towards the same if the booking has been made on Bill to Company Basis.

Conference Room Bookings

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. The terms and conditions of cancellation or no-shows will be those of the respective Conference Room Service Provider, and shall be deemed to have been agreed to by the User in addition to all respective Terms and Conditions agreed to by the User with Corporate Rooms™. General cancellation and no-show policy of each Conference Room provider is made available on the website/ application on the Conference Room booking information pages.
  2. Certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change, and the User should peruse the Conference Room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making the reservation.
  3. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for the User's own risk and account and the User shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Conference Room Service Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
  4. To review, adjust or cancel the reservation, the User should Call 48 hrs prior to the booking date at 092267 92267 and Send a email at support@corporaterooms.in to Cancel the reservation.
  5. If the booked persons don't show up at the conference room, the User shall still be charged the entire amount and the Conference Room Service Provider will debit the amount from the User's card directly, or raise a bill towards the same if the booking has been made on a Bill to Company Basis.
  6. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% or Rs.1000/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy.

Bus Bookings

5. Ticket Cancellation Policy

  1. Tickets can be cancelled by any of the following means:
    i. Call Centre 092267 92267 before 24 hours of departure
    ii. Online Cancellation via email support@corporaterooms.in before 24 hours of departure
  2. The Bus Service Provider reserves the right to deduct the amounts from the refundable amount towards Cancellation charges as per General cancellation and no-show policy of each Bus Booking provider which is made available on the website /application of Corporate Rooms™ on the Bus Booking information pages.
  3. Cancellation fees and timings may differ from one service operator to the other. Details regarding the same may be uploaded on the Website, or the Client shall have to personally contact the relevant service provider.
  4. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% of the ticket value or Rs.500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the Bus cancellation policy.

Car/Taxi Cab Rentals

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of journey, with cancellation charges. General cancellation and no-show policy of each Car / Taxi Booking provider which is made available on the website /application of Corporate Rooms™ on the Car/Taxi Booking information pages.
  2. In case cancellations is made less than 12 hours to departure time, booking is non cancellable. On cancellation entire amount will be forfeited or a bill will be raised towards the same if the booking has been made on a Bill to Company Basis.
  3. The Car/Taxi Service Provider reserves the right to deduct the amounts from the refundable amount towards Cancellation charges as per General cancellation and no-show policy of each Car/Taxi Booking provider which is made available on the website /application of Corporate Rooms™ on the Car/Taxi Booking information pages.
  4. Additionally Corporate Rooms™ cancellation charge of 10% of the Car/Taxi fare or Rs.500/-, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the Car/Taxi cancellation policy.
